In Ningo-Prampram, culture is not just tradition—it is identity, wisdom, and continuity. The Asafoatse, as the traditional custodian of land and heritage, plays a central role in preserving, promoting, and protecting the cultural legacy of the people.

Through active leadership, the king ensures that customs, languages, festivals, and sacred practices are honored, passed on, and respectfully modernized for future generations.

Oversight and revival of traditional festivals like Homowo and Asafotufiam

Protection of sacred sites, shrines, and ceremonial grounds

Promotion of traditional drumming, dancing, and oral storytelling

Advocacy for the teaching and use of Dangme in schools and community spaces

Support for documenting local proverbs, folklore, and ancestral knowledge

Collaboration with cultural institutions to register heritage sites and artifacts

Prevention of land encroachment on historical or spiritual lands
